It is technically part of a duplex, however the unit does not share any walls directly with the front unit. It has its own private entrance located to the rear of the primary property, accessed by the front steps and a walkway to the right of the home. Our little place has everything you need in an awesome spot!

Clifton is a super popular walking neighborhood. Its extremely well established, and filled with historic homes. Some of the areas most popular restaurants and bars in the city are within walking distance of this home. The home itself is an adorable, nice sized efficiency in the rear unit of the duplex. It features a bedroom with a seating area and desk, a good size kitchenette, and bathroom.

The kitchenette is very well equipped, with a table that will seat up to five with an additional chair stored in the pantry. There is service for six as far as dinnerware and utensils, and there are half a dozen kitchen appliances including a microwave, toaster oven, toaster, blender, air fryer, and a two-burner hot plate. Whether youre staying for a few nights or a few months, you can prepare meals conveniently.

The bathroom is also nicely equipped. It has a standing shower and vanity. Theres ample storage space and shelving. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc is all provided.

House Rules
Because this property is technically a duplex, we ask that you please be courteous to our long-term tenants in the front of the property. While there are no directly shared walls, there are still quiet hours between 10:30 p.m. And 7:00 a.m. While we don't mind if you have a few daytime guests at the property, we ask that you keep gatherings mainly indoors, and that there are no additional overnight guests, as the max sleeping occupancy is two people. No parties or loud disturbances, please. Failure to allow peaceful enjoyment for our neighbors or other tenant could result in the termination of your stay without refund. **This is a non-smoking property**. Failure to comply with this rule WILL lead to a termination of your stay with no refund. The tenants in our front unit do you have two older dogs, so please be mindful that they are on the property and that you may encounter them in the shared yard. However, they are almost always accompanied by their owner. While we do allow dogs, we have a weight restriction of 25 lb, and require that your pet be crated while you are not in the property. Extra cleaning/damage fees could apply if your pet leaves an excess mess or creates damage such as urine stains. This property has no dishwasher, so we ask kindly that you wash any used dishes before checkout. Enjoy your stay, and please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or feel that the property is missing something.
