No events. -No parking in front of the neighbors (We have plenty of street parking in front of our house for your use.) -Quiet Time after 10pm. Noise which may disturb our neighbors is prohibited at any time. Please be respectful of our neighbors. -Only registered guests are allowed on the property. -No luggage on beds, or other furniture. -Please do not remove makeup with towels. -Please take all trash to the large gray trash bins on the side of the house. Trash pick up day by Thursday 6AM. -Please do all dishes before leaving. -Please do not place any damp laundry on floors or furniture. Place all used towels in the tub/shower before leaving. Leave all used beds unmade before leaving. -Additional fees will be charged to guests who do not take care of the space, cause damage, remove makeup with towels, or require additional deep cleaning. -Stays of more than 30 days agree to schedule a time for our housekeeper to clean once per every 28 days. (Extra charge of $20/hr rate) -(Additional mid-stay cleaning of your private space may be arranged, upon request, for a $20/hr fee. Same as “once per 28 days” fee for long stays) - Smoking outdoors on patios only. (Ashtrays provided) PLEASE NOTE - VERY IMPORTANT: If you are a medical marijuana card holder, please find accommodations elsewhere, or at the very least plan to smoke in your car **AND ONLY OFF OF OUR PREMISES** as this Airbnb will not be a good fit for you if you expect to be able to smoke near to the premises. (This is our home so we expect our house rules to be followed by guests at all times. PLEASE book elsewhere if you need to be able to use medical marijuana other than in your car AWAY FROM THE premises. Sorry, no exceptions.) -We have light colored carpets so NO outside shoes on carpets PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE. -QUIET TIME: 10pm to 7am. Premises are shared by others who work during the day. Please be conscientious, ESPECIALLY during QUIET TIME. You are a valued and welcome guest and 98% of our guests are WONDERFUL so we don’t anticipate you having any problems during your stay! “Bee Allergy Warning” We are organic farmers. As such, we attract a lot of bees . We think this is wonderful due to bee colony collapse. HOWEVER, IF you are allergic to bees PLEASE be careful in our yard and garden.
