Snow removal services are supposed to arrive within 24 hours of any snowfall more than 4+ inches, to clear the driveway and a pathway to the main entrance. Snow removal companies cannot guarantee a specific time the property will be serviced. Therefore, guests may have to shovel a spot to park if they arrive before the snow removal company or if it snows during their stay. There have been times in larger storms (2ft+ of snowfall) when snow removal can take longer. It doesn’t happen often, and our other guests have always been able to make it work. Just know that in those cases we are doing everything we can to get someone out there.

Please do not leave your pet(s) unattended outdoors or indoors during your stay for their safety. The backyard is completely fenced off, however there may be spaces in the fencing that could be large or easy enough for small to medium dogs to squeeze through or medium to large dogs to dig or push through. An unattended dog in unfamiliar surroundings can cause damage indoors or become resourceful outdoors when looking for their owners. We are also in a mountain setting and there is wildlife that could cause harm to an unattended or attended to pet.

Notes
Your host won’t be on the property but we are always available for anything you need to ensure you have the BEST stay.
Please note...there are outdoor cameras located at the driveway and entrances of the property, activated only by motion. These are solely on the exterior of the property. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other property policies. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in the immediate removal of guest(s) and forfeiture of all amounts paid.
During the winter season: Snow removal services are supposed to arrive within 24 hours of any snowfall more than 4+ inches, to clear the driveway and a pathway to the main entrance.
