Very spacious home Located 5-15 minutes from the multiple beaches. 3 bedrooms 2 full baths- large master with private bathroom , guest room is large with room for air mattress. The 3rd room offers office, pull out sofa and bunk beds. Common areas are hardwood and tile. Large kitchen with dinette. Formal dining area. Cable/internet, stereo, surround sound. Private large back yard with pool. Pool can be heated. All the rooms offer a ample room and privacy. The kitchen has everything you will need. The living room has comfortable theatre style recliners, flat screen, surround sound, and a stereo. Close to multiple beaches, restaurants, and parks. Bikes are available for use as well! The house is really fantastic!
Neighborhood Hiking trails- 6 bikes are available for your use as well.
NO PARTIES (or deposit will be forfeited) The pool can be heated- tenants pay $100 per week additional fee for electricity surcharge. 25LB dogs and under are allowed for a $250 fee.
