Although a car is not necessary for you to enjoy everything in Chamonix from here, the public parking of the residence is at guests’ disposal based on the availability of space. Please note that the parking is narrow, with a height of 1.80 metres.

This holiday rental in the Chamonix SUD area enjoys one of the best locations, with the main bus stop right in front and in proximity to all resort amenities, including restaurants and shops. It also offers effortless access to the famed L’Aiguille du Midi cable car station (4-minute walk) and ski shuttle buses to all skiing areas close by. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of both winter and summer activities like paragliding and parasailing from here(within a 20-minute walk). Plus, Chamonix is an international centre for skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, sledging and ice skating.
