A stylish, 3rd floor apartment (with lift), in central Chamonix, close to everything you might want for a perfect holiday all year round.

This modern apartment sleeps 4 people in comfort. The décor is alpine but with a contemporary twist. The living room is flooded with sunlight thanks to French windows which lead out on to a private balcony, with stunning views over the mountains. The balcony has a table and for an al fresco aperitif in the summer months. Back indoors, the sitting room has a double sofa, a flat screen tv and a neat dining table with 5 chairs.

The open plan, immaculate kitchen is well-equipped, and has both cooker and induction hobs, oven, fridge, toaster and coffee machine.

Bedroom 1: This contemporary master bedroom has a double bed and wooden storage.
Living room: Up a wooden staircase in the living room, guests will find a cosy, mezzanine bedroom tucked under the eaves, with a large skylight and a double bed.

Location
The apartment is in the centre of Chamonix, a short walk to the lifts for L’Aiguille du Midi skiing area and shuttle buses. The slopes around Chamonix are suitable for all levels of skiers and snowboarders.

All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep. During the summer months, there are stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, white water rafting, golf, rock climbing, paragliding and horse riding. For something more relaxing there is the renowned QC Termes spa in Chamonix (20 mins walk).

Chamonix is well-known for the variety of bars and restaurants, which will suit all budgets. For self-catering there are many supermarkets and smaller shops nearby. The Saturday morning market in Place du Mont-Blanc (7 minutes walk) is a treasure trove of the freshest local specialities.

Geneva airport is a 1 hour, 10 minute drive from the apartment.
