At the lake you are able to fish but only catch and release. Make sure when leaving or stepping out of the home all windows are close, AC units or heaters are turned off. Fireplace heater is turned off. When using the outdoor furniture please make sure after use pillows are stored away Please place all trash from bathroom and kitchen area into trash bin outside. Please leave any used throw’s and towels into the laundry basket in the laundry area. (At checkout) Some Pets ( Please contact me about Pets allowance) The guests registered to the booking are allowed on the premises only. Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction. Exterior security cameras monitoring are in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Ask for approval, if you will have any visitor or visitors. Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, Ask for approval. All devices must be ON at all times. If the WiFi is disconnected by the guests, we will send a team member to fix it right away and after hours rate of $150 will be charged to guests Please respect the community: keep outside noise to a minimum at all times. Quiet hour begins at 10 pm till 8 am. Smoking and/or drugs of any sort is not permitted in the home or on the property grounds which include but not limited to Vaping, E-Cigarettes, Cigars, Cigarettes, Hookahs and other home grown products. * A fee of $200 per night will be charged for any smoking or drug violations. No Events or Parties allowed Separate trash for recycling purposes. Trash collection day is Tuesday. Parking is limited to 4 cars max. Please do not use our towel to remove makeup or anything that causes staining. For makeup removal please use designated towels in the bathroom. We kindly ask that you remove your shoes while inside the house and place them in the hallway closet, in order to keep the floors clean. Slippers are recommended and welcomed throughout our home.
