Casa Sunset. Dog Friendly 3/2 lake view home - Montgomery

Absolutely no smoking of any substance inside the home regardless of prescription. Smoking outside home with doors closed permitted as long as disposed of carefully and respectfully. Smoking in the home will forfeit the entire security deposit.

We ask that guests respect and care for our home, both inside and out. Our lake home is in a residential neighborhood cul-de-sac with many full time homeowners. We expect you to respect their right to quiet enjoyment. No parties or events allowed. No loud music passed 10:00pm outside the home. Please no music with foul language that can be heard outside the home. Parking is 2 spaces “first come, first serve”, All additional vehicles and any oversized vehicles must park at the main street (about 75 steps away). While home is child friendly, it is not child proofed.

Vacation Rental agreement will need to be signed 7 days prior to checking in along with government Issued ID. Names must match person booking reservation. Guest Rental agreement requires all guests’ full name/age.
Renters must be 25 years of age or older, some exceptions may be made but inquire first prior to booking. *Violation of max guests will incur a $100.00 fee per person, per day.
Charcoal grill on premises. Guests must provide charcoal. Additional propane grill or charcoal permitted on grass next to patio deck if you choose to bring.

Dogs Allowed, $100.00 pet fee, 2 max and must be paid at time of booking. Pet dogs may not be on furniture or beds. We do provide extra utility towels to cover furniture in case your pet is stubborn like ours and hops on in your absence. Pet waste not picked up will incur an additional pet waste fee of $50.00. Refundable security deposit must be paid PRIOR to check in. Door Code will not be provided until this is received. *It is every intention that we will refund this deposit IF our house rules are respected and followed to include disclosed dogs and guest count.
