Inside, the 3rd floor retreat benefits from a well-presented, restful interior. Ideal for couples and family groups of 3, the layout comprises of a romantic open plan living room with whitewashed beamed ceiling, with a stylish sitting area furnished with a comfy l-shaped sofa and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. A modern dining area accompanies the fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and Juliette balcony. Leading off from the living space is a master double bedroom perfect for a couple, alongside a 2nd bedroom with small double bed (ideal for an adult or 2 children). A full family suite is fitted with a bath tub, shower, wash basin, WC and bidet is accompanied by a washing machine.

The uplifting holiday apartment also benefits from a private roof terrace, which is nestled amongst the authentic roof tops of town. Furnished with an alfresco dining set for 3, the sunny terrace perfectly sets the scene for carefree day-night entertaining!

The holiday home is situated in Lonato del Garda along ‘Via Zambelli’, just 3-4 minutes’ drive away from the train station and the ‘Rocca di Lonato’ heritage site.

The local restaurants and amenities of the town are also within easy reach. For those looking to enjoy a refreshing lake swim, the Lido di Lonato is 4 minutes drive away. The delights of Desenzano del Garda can be reached by car in just 10-15 minutes. Families will also find a fun-filled day out at one of the many nearby theme parks.

For those flying in, Verona Villafranca airport is only 33 minutes’ drive away. A damage deposit of 500EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
