Offering a relaxed atmosphere within a popular Ispra holiday complex, this timeless apartment with 2 double bedrooms and private garden sets the scene for an effortless lake break.
Inside, a spacious and functional layout provides a comfortable setting for 2 couples and flexible groups. The inviting open plan living room features a timeless sitting area with flatscreen TV, a dining area and double French doors, which lead out onto a covered balcony terrace with plastic dining set. From the living area, two steps lead to an adjoining fully-equipped kitchen, with service hatch. Two very spacious double bedrooms (1 with balcony access) are accompanied by a full shower room with washing machine.
Outside, a lovely private garden with stone-built BBQ complements the alfresco dining area to the covered balcony. The apartment enjoys a tranquil setting on the Lake Maggiore hillside, overlooking the holiday complex. The seasonal on-site adult pool with kid-friendly paddling pool are both situated 300 metres away (up to 4 free pool passes are provided for guests use).
