This rental house has a 3-bedroom, 2 full bath upstairs area and a completely separate 1-bedroom apartment downstairs. The upstairs has its own screened in porch area. The downstairs apartment has its own full kitchen, bedroom, living area, breakfast table and backyard patio. Imagine bringing grandparents or a couple that needs ground floor access and/or their own private quarters. This vacation house has the diversity you are looking for!

11/1/24-2/28/25 snowbird discounts - 2 weeks-20%, 3 weeks-30%, 4 weeks or more-40%. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. The per pet fee is $75. Please do not book without prior approval for the pet. No more than two pets are considered. Youtube TV and Disney Plus are included. Under age 25 requires an additional $500 deposit collected after the booking. No house parties allowed.
