This 2-level townhouse is ideal to kick back and enjoy a peaceful vacation with loved ones. Owing to its remote work facilities, the holiday house is also perfect for a workation for digital nomads in Lugano. The retreat is tucked away in an extremely tranquil hillside, has a large balcony with open-air seating and offers free Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace for quick getaways without worries.
The 2-bedroom retreat is suitable for up to 3 guests and features a super spacious, cosy and characteristic living room for enjoying carefree moments of relaxation together; a flatscreen HDTV, ample seating space, exposed beam ceiling and an ambient fireplace complete the layout of the lounging area. A warm wooden dining area along with a fully-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, oven, fridge and microwave further invites you to prepare delicious homemade meals and dine in the holiday house. The sleeping area is on the upper level and there is an extra WC in the living area for added convenience.
The house also offers a washing machine and ironing facilities for longer stays.

Parco Scherrer with its exotic flora and the sunniest hill in Ticino, Monte Brè, are a 25-30-minute drive from the holiday rental. It is recommended to dine at the sun-soaked terraces upon reaching the summit of Monte Brè and whilst coming back take the route through the beautiful village of Brè. Moreover, from Monte Brè, guests can trek to the unspoilt and picturesque lakeside villa of Gandria and make a whole day trip out of their visit here!
