The check-in process is contactless and you can check-in yourself using your phone. Although we dont have onsite support staff available at all times, we are just a touch of a button away from you in case you have any questions or need anything during your stay.

You’ll be in a very urban setting in addition to being in a lively neighborhood that is prone to noise. Please note, as, with any urban area, there can be observable transient traffic.
Due to the buildings age and location in the center of the city, you can expect to hear typical city center noises. If you are sensitive to aromas, this historical building may not be an ideal place for you.

Damage Protection: Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.
With our damage protection program, damage from a guest is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, smoking inside the unit, intentional violations of house rules, mechanical breakdowns, infestation, or prior damage. This applies to all reservations made on or after 10/15/2021.

Common amenities include a swimming pool, game room, cinema, and a gym that are available for guests use. Please note that the cinema and game room are only open during business hours Monday through Friday. The pool is open every day except Monday.

There’s no cable connection. You may use your personal Netflix or YouTube account on the smart TV.
The apartment is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
