Full refund for cancellations up to 45 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 45 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 10 days before check-in. No refund after that.

There is a new swing set (2021) next to the clubhouse, pool and tennis courts. Here you will check in with the clubhouse if you plan to utilize the amenities.

2023 rates $20/day for family, $35/3 days for family, $50/7 days for family.

One day use for families = $20
Three day use for families = $35
Seven day use for families = $50

Additional $5 per person per day for groups in excess of 6.
