Enjoy a peaceful holiday in the lap of nature at this recently restored holiday house for up to 4 guests.

The vacation rental is a part of a countryside house that is spread in an area of 1500 square meters. The hillside residential complex is surrounded by thick olive groves and cypresses that add to the scenic beauty of the place. Within the premises, guests will find an equipped swimming pool with salt filters and sunbeds, a landscaped lawn and a shared garden. There is a private outdoor area too with an al fresco dining setup under a parasol.

Inside, the spacious living room is furnished with a classical dining table for 4, a comfy sofa and an open kitchenette. The kitchen-diner section of the room is directly connected to the outdoor terrace which keeps the indoors fresh at all times. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a toaster, a cooker hob, an electric kettle and a fridge with a freezer.

Sleeping

Bedroom 1: The beautiful room has a window that overlooks the garden. A double bed, a pair of chairs and a wardrobe complete its interiors.

Bedroom 2: The decent-sized room is connected to the living area and is furnished with two single beds and a wardrobe.

Bathroom

Bathroom 1: The neat and clean bathroom has a washing machine, a washbasin, a toilet, a bidet and a shower cubicle.

Location

The holiday house is located in a peaceful surrounding blessed with bounteous nature. It is a perfect retreat for those looking to unwind and de-stress or a romantic getaway in the typical Tuscan countryside. The nearest shop, restaurant and supermarket are about 5 kilometers’ drive from the house. There is a golf course about 13 kilometers away.
 
San Gimignano, which is the nearest town from the holiday house is well known for its tall towers that are often dubbed as medieval skyscrapers. The town also serves some of the best traditional Tuscan cuisine, wine and gelato. A lot of architectural and artistic gems, historical monuments and museums abound the place which has caught the attention of travelers.
 
Guests can conveniently take day trips to all the major tourist destinations of Central Tuscany such as San Gimignano (10 kilometers), Poggibonsi (5 kilometers), Siena (31 kilometers) and Florence (42 kilometers).
 
Florence International Airport is about 62 kilometers and Pisa International Airport is about 87 kilometers from here.

If necessary, GAS for heating between April 15th to November 1st, have to be paid on the spot basing on consumption.  Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2024 to the 30th of September 2024 A damage deposit of 200EUR has to be paid locally. A damage deposit of 400EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
