If you visit Randa in the summer, you will find the ideal starting point for hikes and high mountain tours. Mountain climbers can climb the highest mountain in Switzerland, the Dom, or climb an easy 4,000-meter peak like the Breithorn. If you would like to do something more relaxing, you will find many well-marked hiking trails in Randa and Zermatt. Small mountain cabins with breathtaking views, waterfalls and streams, as well as a wide range of sports and cultural activities round off your summer holiday in the Zermatt-Matterhorn region. Theres also no shortage of winter sports: 15-kilometer cross-country ski trails invite you to experience nature. And with a small natural ice-skating rink as well as a ski lift for beginners and kids, younger and older guests alike will find many fun and relaxing things to do. The Matterhorn ski paradise is easy to reach. It is one of the largest ski areas in the world: 360 kilometers of well-kept ski slopes await guests who love skiing. Centrally located in Randa bei Zermatt, the Bergdohle holiday home is only five minutes away from the train station. The trip to Zermatt with the Matterhorn Gotthard Railway only takes 15 minutes! There are two restaurants and a small grocery store in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home. On the balcony, you can enjoy a view of the Little Matterhorn and Mount Breithorn. After a long day filled with impressions of the Zermatt-Matterhorn vacation region, what could be more relaxing than spending an evening with a good book, a glass of wine and in front of the fireplace? The little kitchen is also well equipped. Refundable Damage Deposit
The key holder is entitled to ask for a deposit. You will find the deposit amount in the cost overview on the object detail page of the holiday house or the apartment as well as on your booking confirmation.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.
What happens to my breakage deposit?
The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash. For a refund of the deposit to your bank account, always leave your IBAN- and BIC-code with the keyholder.
