Welcome to Third Coast Cottage, your Lake Michigan waterfront retreat! This is a 3 level waterfront home with Lake Michigan views from nearly every room. Guests have access to the private beach to enjoy sunbathing, bonfires, and glorious sunsets. We are also dog friendly!

WHERE YOU WILL SLEEP/ BATHROOMS
The bedrooms are all spacious with bedside tables, closets and/or dressers, linens, plenty of pillows, and curtains. Bedrooms are located on all three levels of the home which include the entry level, main floor and top floor.

Top Floor - Three bedrooms, one full bathroom

Bedroom 1
Outfitted with a king bed, bedside tables, overhead fan, dresser, shades, and a padded window seat with storage underneath. This generously sized room also has a twin sized day bed and a large window with amazing views of Lake Michigan.

Bedroom 2
Queen size bed, bedside tables, private workspace, dresser, linens, pillows, remote control shades, and direct access to the bathroom. This large room also has a thermostat and baseboard heating. Views of Lake Michigan from this bedroom are some of the best in the house!

Bedroom 3
Entry from inside the bathroom, this kids sized room has a twin sized bunk bed and a pull out trundle. Blackout curtains, toys, books and storage make this a fun space for the kids.

Bathroom 1
Bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, separate shower, his and her sinks, water closet, and entry to the bunkbed room. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, and hairdryer are all available for guest use.

Main Level - One Bedroom, one full bathroom

Bedroom 4
Queen size bedroom has bedside tables, blackout curtains, linens, pillows, and a sliding door with access to the outdoors.

Bathroom 2
Located just outside of the bedroom this bathroom has plenty of storage, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and body gel.

Entry Level - Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms

Bedroom 5
King size bed and private full bathroom. Bedside tables, ceiling fan, large closet and dresser, Nest thermostat, blinds, linens, and plenty of pillows.

Bedroom 6
Queen size bed with closet and dresser, ceiling fan, bedside tables, blinds, linens, and several pillows.

Bathroom 3
Located inside of Bedroom 5 this full bath offers a hairdryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body gel.

Bathroom 4
Located in the hallway just outside of Bedroom 6 this full sized bathroom is complete with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, and a hairdryer.

LIVING SPACE - Main Level
The main floor boasts an open floor plan with a wall of windows for you to soak in the views of Lake Michigan wherever you are. Enjoy a sitting area, fully stocked kitchen, dining area for 8, bar seating, sunroom, and access to three patios

Sitting Area
This area is perfect to gather and enjoy a gas fireplace, TV, and comfortable couches and chairs. Books and games are located in the built-in cabinetry for your enjoyment!

Kitchen
The bright kitchen has amazing views of Lake Michigan and is well stocked for preparing meals.
Drip coffee maker, Keurig, French Press, electric teapot, cutlery, dishes, juice and water glasses, coffee mugs, wine glasses, plastic cups for outdoors, utensils, juice maker, toaster, microwave, baking dishes, pots and pans, cutting boards, Tupperware, soaps, dish detergent, coffee options, sugar, basic spices, and more!

Dining and Bar
Dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and seats 8! Enjoy amazing views while eating or planning your day! There is also a bar area with 2 extra seats.

Sunroom
Owners favorite space! Lounge in the morning with coffee and enjoy the views and sounds of Lake Michigan. This cozy room allows guests to enjoy the lake year round!

Decks
Access all 3 decks from the main level! From the sunroom you can step out onto a large composite deck where outdoor dining is available for 12! Step down to the second deck to sit on Adirondack chairs for front seating to Lake Michigan! A smokeless solo stove on this deck adds to the lake house cottage experience. The third garden deck is where you can find the WEBER gas grill for all of your summer cooking needs!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The house has room for 3 cars. One that can be parked in the garage, the second just outside of the garage, and the third in a single parking spot. The home shares a driveway with the neighbors but please do not park in their space.

There is a full sized sofa bed in the sunroom. Linens for the bed are located in the closet of Bedroom 4 on the main level.

The home is on a septic system which can be a bit sensitive. Please flush only the septic safe toilet paper which is provided in every bathroom. Please do not flush anything else.

Guests will have an access to all parts of the home aside from 1 owners storage closet.

Private beach and lakefront neighborhood is surrounded by sand dunes and close to picturesque walking and hiking trails.

There is no parking on the road in front of the house. 3-4 cars can fit at the property between the driveway and garage.
