Barely 30 meters from the beach, this first-floor apartment with air-conditioning is a perfect accommodation choice for up to 4 guests. Guests can enjoy beach views from the balcony of the living room or one of the bedrooms. The living room is furnished with a large sofa and an HD- TV on the side of the balcony and a kitchen-diner on the other side. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a cooker hob, toaster and a fridge.

Location
 
The apartment is located on the main walking street across the Gradsko Kupalište beach. This street is full of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops while the beach is a famous public beach with a blue flag that has a promenade and an amusement park for children. Guests can enjoy water skiing, water parachute, beach volleyball or explore the beach restaurants and shop for souvenirs. There are a few other public beaches nearby worth exploring. Beyond sun, sand and sea, there are several churches dating back to the thirteenth century, an olive mill, the Aquarium which is home to more than a hundred fish species and biking trails to the valley of Vinodol and the countryside. Guests can also take day trips to the island of Krk, National Parks and of course, Istria (1.5 hours)
 
The nearest airport is Rijeka International Airport which is less than 20 kilometers from the apartment.  A damage deposit of 300EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
