We do accept dogs but the association has rules on the dogs as followed: Pets – 40lb max. Not allowed on pool deck & patio area. Must be leashed. Do walk dogs by tennis courts or on dog walk path – dogs must be walked outside on the dog walk which is out by the tennis courts. Pets are not permitted in the pool area. (Per the County Ordinance, there is a fine for pets on the beach.) *Pets and Service Animals must be on a leash when walking around the complex. Please pick up after your pet and put it in the dumpster. *While authorized dogs are permitted, barking dogs are not allowed to go unattended in your unit. If there is a complaint that your dog is creating a nuisance, you will be required to remove the dog from this facility. *Service animals are allowed in the pool area, but are not allowed in the pool. If any of these rules are broken there is no pet fee refund.

If you are bringing a pet to the property, please let me know when you book as there is a pet fee of $200.00 If it is not told to the owner before your arrival times there will be a $300.00 per pet brought to the unit. You will be checking in with the on-site manager.
OCEAN CLUB SOUTH CONDOMINIUMS RULES
Welcome to Ocean Club South Condominium. We hope you enjoy your stay with us. The following information below is intended to promote safety, harmony and enjoyment for visitors and residents of Ocean Club South.
1. Parking Permits and Cars: All guests must obtain a temporary parking permit from the Ocean Club South office or will be in your packet in the condo with a limit of two (2) guest permits per unit. We have open parking any space that is empty you can park your car. Cars in the loading/unloading zone must be attended. Parking in the fire lanes is strictly prohibited. Cars without permits and /or improperly parked are subject to be towed at the owner’s expense. Speed limit on the property is five (5) miles per hour.
2. Pets – 40lb max. Not allowed on pool deck & patio area. Must be leashed. Do walk dogs by tennis courts or on dog walk path – dogs must be walked outside on the dog walk which is out by the tennis courts. Pets are not permitted in the pool area. 3. A Noise Ban is in effect from 10:30 PM through 7:30 A.M.
4. Parents and/guardians are responsible and liable for their children and their actions.
5. Association Facilities are to be used exclusively for their intended purpose by residents and their guests. Children twelve (12) and under must be supervised/accompanied by an adult at all times. Walkways, pool decks and the tennis court are for pedestrians only. Bicycle riding, rollerblades, skateboard, etc. are prohibited in these areas. The walkways are to be kept clear with no storage of any kind on the balconies or corridors. Outdoor drying of clothes, towels, etc., from any balcony or facade by line, rack or otherwise is prohibited.
6. Skateboarding, Bicycle riding and Rollerblading is prohibited in all common areas including the parking lot, tennis court, walkways, corridors and pool decks.
7. Please bag and tie garbage before depositing in the dumpster. Break Down all Boxes before depositing in recycle area/bins. Do not put boxes, furniture, paint cans, construction debris etc. in the dumpster and do not place these items in the garbage are. Contact Waste Pro 386-788-8890 for Proper disposal and or use a donation facility or your preferred vendor for removal of large items and or construction debris.
8. Barbeque Grills are located on the at the pool and available for the exclusive use of residents, and guests. All grills must be cleaned when cooking is completed. By order of the Fire Marshal, cooking on balconies, corridors or limited common areas is prohibited.
9.Beach Gate, Beach Chair, Boogie Boards and Sand Toys: boogie boards, please return other beach items and beach toys, tents, shovels etc. to your unit area storage, or unit. The beach gate shall remain locked at all times. Please contact the Office or your rental agency with any difficulties. Do not climb over the fences. Please rinse all sand from yourself and your personal items upon returning from the beach.

All of Renter's property kept, parked, or stored on the Property during Renter's use of the Property shall be so kept, parked or stored at the risk of Renter.
