- Minimum age to rent is 25. The person renting must be on property at all times during the stay. - This is a non-smoking property. If smoke odor is present, a $500 fee will be charged. - No Pets Allowed. If pets are found to have been present during the stay, a $500 fee will be charged. - No Parties or Events are allowed. - No more than 10 guests are allowed. This includes all patio and pool usage during your stay. - Two parking spaces are provided for guests plus a space for the Golf Cart. No additional parking spots are available within the community. - There is a security camera present on property for safety reasons and to ensure the parking and guest capacity rules are followed. Tampering with camera will result in removing all guests from the property with no refund. - Guests must follow check out procedures posted in home. - Quiet Hours 10pm to 8am – Strictly Enforced - Not responsible for accidents. - The house is not child proofed; you must remain with your children at all times. - Check-In time, 4:00 PM, is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4:00 PM but there is no guarantee. If an earlier check-in time is available, we will be happy to offer an earlier option. - Any late checkouts (past 11:00 AM) without approval from owners will result in another night’s stay being charged. - We offer starter sets for guests that include Keurig coffee pods, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, Tide pods, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Fresh bed linens, towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels are also provided. Our linens and towels are NOT to be removed from the property for any reason, with the exception of the beach towels. - Guests are responsible for bringing their own shade structure / tent. We provide beach chairs, sand toys, a few boogie boards, and a corn hole set for guests. - Basic Cable and High Speed Wifi (400mbps) are provided for guests. However, Port A does experience outages from time to time. We are not able to provide any refunds for outages of cable/wifi but will make best efforts to rectify any issues as quickly as possible. - Pool Rules: Barefoot Bungalow is not liable for any incident related to the pool. No Lifeguard on duty. No running is allowed in patio & pool area. No Glass allowed in Patio or Pool area. Diving is not allowed for guest's safety. Primary Renter and Primary Renter’s insurance company assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with use of pool and any personal injury for all approved guests in rental party. - Golf Cart Disclaimer: We are happy to offer a 2020 Club Car Onward 6 Seater Golf Cart with Blue Tooth sound system for the duration of your rental stay for renters 25 years of age with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Primary Renter assumes all risks associated with use of Golf Cart, and Primary Renter & Primary Renter’s insurance company are responsible for any property damage or personal injury. A Golf Cart Addendum will be sent for signature during the booking process. Failure to adhere to Golf Cart rules can result in additional fees and/or immediate suspension of Golf Cart privileges. - COVID-19 Disclaimer: By renting this home, guests acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people are or have been present. By renting our home, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold the owner of this home responsible for any illness or injury. - Please be aware that construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas.
