Our beautiful canal home in Galvestons friendly Sea Isle beach community is just one canal off of the west bay. This 2000SF family-friendly home has four bedrooms, two baths and a loft and includes a washer and dryer. The iconic palapa bar downstairs includes a sink & refrigerator and is a great entertainment area. For the fisher-man/woman in your family we have a covered 10,000 pound boat lift, fishing lights and fish filet station. Bring your gear and fish right from your private deck. Bring your boat and you’ll have a safe spot to dock and launch from.
The ground level offers multiple spaces for relaxation and outdoor fun and with second level decks on both the front and rear of the home, there are numerous options for enjoying sunrises and sunsets.
The bay is at your backdoor - youll be boating in open water in moments! Its a pleasant 0.8 mile walk to the beach, or a two minute golf cart or car ride. Sea Isle beach is a vehicle free zone and there is a convenient parking area adjacent to the beach. The outdoor shower is wonderful for washing away a days worth of sandy beaches.
The peaceful living space is filled with natural light from the sunny windows overlooking the canal and bay. The dramatic vaulted ceiling is highlighted with rustic wood finishes, and architectural touches offer interest throughout the home. There are TVs in every bedroom, and in the palapa for easy viewing on the canal deck. The home offers fast wifi for remote working, remote learning, and streaming your favorite show after a full day on the bay. Dont like screens? We offer a full game closet sure to delight adults and children. There are more than a half dozen seating areas inside the home - perfect to find a quiet nook to enjoy a book and a cup of coffee, or a large table to enjoy board games with the family.
Within the community of Sea Isle is a private boat launch, a community swimming pool and a private fishing pier. Additional Sea Isle amenities include a bait shop, convenience store, tennis and basketball courts, picnic area pavilion with a stellar playground and the famous Sandbar Restaurant for food and drinks. Please note that the Sea Isle Community Pool is available by purchasing a $100 pool pass from Sea Isle Subdivision , and it is open seasonally.

We love to travel with our family and often choose homes over hotels. We spent a week in Galveston for our son's birthday and fell in love with the west end. We immediately began looking for a home of our own on the west end and were thrilled to purchase Bahama Breeze. Although we still often enjoy long weekends on the water we have discovered the joy of hosting and are excited to share Bahama Breeze with you!

Refundable Damage Deposit
No damage deposit is collected. Instead, there is an accidental damage protection fee of $59 that provides damage insurance up to $1000. Please report damage promptly and we will take care of it from there!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy is NO refunds. Once dates are taken off the market, they become unavailable to other renters. With owner approval, guest may find a replacement renter or gift their dates (not future dates) to someone else. Guest MUST cancel the original reservation before owner will assist in trying to rebook the dates. The owner is under no obligation to find a replacement renter for the guest.
It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO refunds will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area.
