Two bedrooms, one with king size bed and the other one with a queen bed, provide room for privacy.
The Master suite offers lake aqua vistas, king-size bed, walk in closet and En-suite bathroom with walk in shower, double vanity and toilet.
The second bedroom a queen-size bed and closet. Next to it is the bathroom with shower/tub combination, vanity and toilet.

AQUA VISTA has light flooded living areas with sliding doors to the covered porch. Beautiful vinyl wood and tile floors throughout the approximately 1000 sq ft condo with air-condition.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools and a separate coffee bar. Included are a fridge freezer combination, microwave, range, double sink and a good amount of countertop and cabinet space. The design dining table and comfortable chairs seats five. Adjacent to the bar is the living room with a comfortable leather sofa with electric recliners. Enjoy the 55`-flatscreen HD TV within this nicely designed living room.
The little patio comes with two comfy chairs and a small table – just enough to relax and watch the scenery or read a book.

Furthermore, the condo has a laundry room with washer & dryer.
AQUA VISTA offeres a T-Mobile Hotspot and TVs are Smart TV. Designated Parking is for 1 vehicle with lots of visitor parking spaces.

The apartment is the ideal starting point to explore Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva. The condos can only be accessed with key cards and codes for the Gateway. So please allow us at least 14 days prior to arrival to set up everything for you. .

Bellamar is a well managed, gated community just a short drive to some of SW Floridas most beautiful beaches, great shopping, healthcare, fitness room, a gorgeous pool area and restaurants. Pool area is just around the corner.
