On the second floor of an elegant apartment block, the Clos du Savoy, this studio has a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. For those who prefer to dine at home, the open-plan kitchen has an induction hob, oven, fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The private balcony, with tables and chairs, offers stunning views over the mountains.

The sunny, well-planned sitting area, has a large sliding glass door onto the balcony and looks out over the mountains. There is a comfortable sofa with chairs and a flat-screen Smart TV. The sofa bed in the living area sleeps 2. The bunk bed is cleverly separated from the main area by a large wardrobe.

Beautiful, communal gardens, which the apartment overlooks, offer a relaxing space in the summer months.

Location
The residence is on a quiet street, close to the ski lift for the Brévent slopes, transfer buses and all amenities: shops, restaurants, and bars. The apartment is a calm refuge just a few steps away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. Although parking is available, a car is not needed

Chamonix is at the heart of a network of some of Europe’s finest ski slopes and hiking trails but offers many other activities throughout the year – snowboarding, cross country skiing and ice skating in the winter and golf, tennis, rock climbing, hiking, mountaineering, extreme sports in the summer. The Accro, tree top adventure park, and the other attractions of Parc des Gaillands are just a 6-minute drive from the apartment.

Geneva airport is a 75-minute drive away and the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc train station is a 15-minute walk. A damage deposit of 1200EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
