There is no refund for weather related road closures, which includes rain and wind. The only exception is a mandatory evacuation issued my fire/police authorities and the unused days will be refunded at 100%. There is no refund for TV or Internet outages. Electrical outages over 12 hours will be refunded at 100% per day of outage. Cleaning fee is not refunded after checkin. Please bag and seal all trash. There is an inside owners closet with a keypad lock, this is used to store supplies, please do not access. Please collect and pile used linens near each bathroom or bedroom for the cleaning staff. Please do not unplug any of the modems or network connections. Please lock the front door when you leave - 1 Roll of Starter Toilet Paper in each bathroom and Paper Towels, 2 Kitchen Trash Bags, guest provides own after starter set runs out.
