Amazing 2BR WiFi, Subway, Zona Rosa, Roma Norte - Mexico City

1.- Parties and events are not allowed.
2.- If the property is in a very poor state of cleanliness after your departure, beyond what a courteous guest leaves it. Eg Leaving pots and pans in the kitchen, excess garbage in the cans, stains on the floor, dirty walls, these are examples of poor conditions. We will make an additional charge of $125 usd. Please Take out the trash to the container located beside the elevators before check-out.
3.- Locals must communicate before booking.
4.- No overnight visitors not listed on your reservation If it is not mentioned that you will be in the reservation, the fee will be charged that is marked in the application at that time as an additional guest.
5.- There can not be more than 4 people in or on the property at any one point in time.
6.- The guests will respect and follow all community guide lines listed inside the apartment or on the property.
7.- You agree to know and agree to following fees: a) smoking: $75 usd for each day you are in the apartment smoking b) late checkout: $35 usd if your checkout is unauthorized to be late c) lost keys: $125 usd to replace keys and locks as of lost keys.
8.- A violation of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund.
9.- You agree to be booking in good will and you will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a ruling by the host in the event that a violation of the host's rules occur.
10.- If any non following of the house rules leads to having to discount or refund the next guest you are responsible to cover the resulting costs.
11.- For long term bookings is necessary to pay one weekly cleaning service. And payable the total before your arrive.
12. Possible water shortages in some areas of Mexico City. Responsible consumption is important.

All in the apartment is to make you feel at home, take care of it as your own.
