Lawn care: Scheduled to arrive every other Saturday at 7AM -10AM please keep pets inside and remove games from the lawn weather depending. - Quiet Hours: 10:00pm-6:00am - No smoking. If evidence of smoking is found, there will be a $500 fine charged to the booking guest. - No illegal drugs permitted. Evidence of illegal drug use can result in a $500 fine charged to the booking guest. - Friends and family may visit for periods less than a day. Longer stays require the total number of guests to be updated on the reservation - Additional unapproved visitors subject the booking guest to a $150/guest, per night - No sitting, leaning, on pool table, outdoor table and counter tops -No food or beverages on pool table - Please keep all doors shut to prevent critters from coming inside - No flushing feminine products, 'flushable' toilet paper or any other items that isn't regular toilet paper down the toilet. Please use the bathroom trashcan. - Please clean up excessive messes with cleaning items provided (Pet Rules) - We allow up to 3 dogs ($300 fee for any additional dogs or pets) - All dogs must be up to date on all vaccinations. Heartworm prevention measures are highly recommended - No pets on the furniture at any time. Any evidence of such may incur an extra cleaning fee - Damage caused by pets will be billed to the owner + an inconvenience fee of $75 - Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet messes any messes not picked up will result in a cleaning fee of $75 - Guests should prevent dogs from making excessive noise, at all times - Pets will not be left unattended for an extended period of time, either indoor or outdoor. - The homeowner assumes no liability for injury or illness that a pet may incur during it's stay -No other animals allowed on the property (please leave your pet alligator at home ) (Laundry Services) Feel free to use the washer and dryer. Please do not overload the washer and dryer. (Kitchen) Utilize the dishwasher when needed. Dishwasher soap pods are located under the sink. Please wipe down the kitchen stove and counter tops after each use with the rags provided. (Cleaning) A broom, dust pan,other cleaning supplies are located in the home for your convenience. (Beach Equipment) - If you use the kayak or paddle board ensure you keep a lifejacket on board at all times. (Its the law) -bring the corn hole board in the house when not in use -Feel free to utilize what is there. If you purchase something and dont want to take it home feel free to leave it for the next guests. -Hose off equipment after each use -Return to original location
