Year round fun at this majestic home located in Knights Hill Association. We are just 1 mile away from Pleasant Mountain and Moose Pond! After a fun filled day of hiking, skiing or swimming, you can spend the evening relaxing in our private hot tub, indoor sauna or play a family game in the game room.
Enjoy all of Knights Hills amenities including the shared beach on Moose Pond with swimming and other water activities. There is also a large in-ground community pool, clubhouse, tennis court, picnic tables, basketball hoop, and two playgrounds.
The House:
- Lazy Moose Lodge, comfortably sleeps 10: one bedroom with a King bed, two bedrooms with Queen beds (note- the wooden bedroom does have direct access to the sauna, hot tub and outdoors), two bedrooms with two twins.
-Open concept living area with a living room and game room, allows for plenty of space to spread out.
-Kitchen is well equipped with cooking supplies, a Keurig with complimentary coffee pods and newer stainless steal appliances.
-Smart TVs in the Livingroom, game room, King bedroom and one of the queen bedrooms for you to log into your own personal streaming apps. We do provide complimentary access to Netflix.
Things to note:
-There are 24 hour video/audio security cameras on the property (in the entryway facing front door, and on the house facing the driveway/street). The cameras are designed to maintain your privacy while ensuring the security and safety of our home. There are also cameras around the neighborhood.
-This is a fairly large house, but it is not to be used for parties. It is located in a family community. If you have a party you will be evicted immediately with no refund or discount.
-We try our best to make sure there is propane for the grill, but its possible you might need to get it refilled. In this case, you can bring it to get filled, and we will reimburse you with a photo of your receipt.
-Community swimming pool is seasonal (closes early/ mid September).
-Outdoor fire pit is seasonal (Mid May to Mid October).
-We do not provide firewood or beach towels.
-You MUST have the guest pass with you to use any KHA amenities.
-AC floor units are installed in the Livingroom and game room seasonally.
-Power outages do happen and can last for a few hours. There is no generator.

We look forward to hosting you at Lazy Moose Lodge. As this is our home and not a hotel, a signed rental agreement and copy of government-issued ID is required within 3 days of booking, and at least 24 hours prior to check-in. Payment form used for the booking must match the ID attached to rental agreement. Security deposit and 50% payment is due at time of booking.
