Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours. - NO RENTERS UNDER 25 - No smoking in the house. - Pets must be approved and there will be an additional cleaning fee for this. - Rental agreement will be provided with more specific rules and information. - Children are not allowed in the pool unless they are being supervised by an adult. - Guest is responsible for washing, drying and putting away all dishes, pans, utensils. - Guest is responsible for cleaning the barbecue grill if they used it. - Do not touch the gas stove adjustments. If adjustments are touched, stove will shut down and guest will be responsible for the service fee. - Quiet time is from 10pm-9am - NO loud music or noise will be tolerated. - No food or drink by the pool ***An additional $100 pet cleaning fee will be charged for 1 (one) dog and $150 for 2 (two) dogs. No more than two dogs are permitted at our home. This fee will be charged via airbnb as your trip date gets closer.***No smokingNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
