Welcome to our spacious 1500 sq ft 2-story cottage. This is the perfect home base to explore the County. Located in the centre of Wellington, the house is a two-minute walk to Main Street and Lake Ontario.
Wake up and check out our favourite cafes, enjoy a walk on Wellington Beach and finish the day with drinks at a restaurant downtown.
This house has a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry. Enjoy the private backyard with a lounge set, fire pit and BBQ.
This cottage built in 1901 is perfect for families, a couples retreat, or a group of friends. With lots of space to relax inside and a perfect backyard for a BBQ, this place has it all.
The house includes:
- Four bedrooms total to sleep up to 8 comfortably
- 3 queens, 1 double and 1 twin bed.
- Spacious living room with a 55 Smart TV.
- Outdoor patio with a dining table & fire pit (seasonal)
- Fully-stocked spacious kitchen with all basic cooking utensils.
- Strong Wifi - perfect for working from home!
- Parking for 3 Vehicles
There is a smart lock on the door - youll be provided with the code the morning prior to arrival.
The home is located on a quiet street minutes away from the Beach, Farmers Market, The Drake Devonshire, and Midtown Brewing Company. Were a 20-minute drive to Sandbanks (for your summer adventures) and 30-minute drive to Batawa Ski Hill (for your winter adventures).
This house has a fire pit that you can use - there is a gas station a couple of minutes away with firewood for purchase.
If you choose to have a fire, you must follow the simple instructions to activate the burn permit.
Please note that the home is for sale, any showings to the public will be arranged around guest reservations. A lawn sign will be present on the yard.
