If you would prefer me to take payment without you using the card terminal I can manually input your information and take payment on your arrival day morning.

If the reception is closed or at night in an emergency, you can contact the owners calling ”0” on the room phone.

ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY EXPLAINED

When you check in you will receive a key and also on the key ring is an electronic key fob and a brass disc.

The key - is for your room door.

The electronic key fob - opens the front guest entrance and door from the guest corridor into the main part of the property. You only need to use this when opening the doors to enter the building not to exit.

The brass disc - has your room number on and the code for the lock on the rear garden gate. Just key in the code and open the gate.

At the from of the property we have 2 doors. Ring the door bell at the main entrance door when you arrive and we will welcome you in there. The other smaller door at the front (on the right side of the property when facing The Coach House at the front) is the guest access. That smaller door is the one you will use to leave and enter to the street.

This is the guest access door at the front of the property.


This is how to use the electronic key fob.

The little light is red when the door is locked. When you hold the fob up to the pad you will hear a 'beep' and that means the door is unlocked.

This will bring you into the guest access corridor. You can now enter the main part of the property through this door. again hold the electronic fob up to the pad, you will hear a 'beep' and just push the door open.
