My name is John Thomas, Founder and Managing Partner of StaySimpler Rentals since 2015. I was born & raised here in Philadelphia & now I live bi-coastally on the West Coast (San Francisco) for part of the year. I am the proud father of 2 children (a girl 8yr. old Sophia & a boy 6yr. old Colin) who I co-parent. Although they both live with their respective mothers, I visit/spend time with them as often as possible & given my travel schedule it leaves plenty of room for others to stay at any one of my places in my absence.

I am a professional Life, Business, and Relationship Coach/Consultant that helps Individuals, Organizations, and Businesses get what they want. I am involved in multiple organizations that make a difference for youth & adults, and I spend as much of my time as I can travelling to visit places that I have never been and love being hosted by other homes.

I love all of my hometown professional sports and am a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles, Sixers, Phillies fan!
