Sunset Treasure - Port Bolivar

All reservations MUST be made by the individual staying as a guest and MUST be 21 years or older to book. Individuals can not rent on behalf of someone younger than 21 years old.

Please park in the driveway between white posts up to the back of the house. Do not park on the grass beyond the driveway or the septic system. Please do not park underneath the house due to the design of the pilings. The pilings are narrowly spaced, and parking under the house could damage the house or one's vehicle.

Please do not smoke or vaping inside the house or on the deck. Smoking or vaping is allowed downstairs. Please dispose of all butts cold and in a trash bag outside.

Please do not wash food down the sink. We have a septic system, and food will clog our pump.

For safety and to reduce the risk of a fire no fryers or frying in the house, on the deck or under the house, no fires, cooking, etc. on deck, no charcoal or open flame grilling under the house, and please do not cook on the picnic table down stairs.

Propane grills and Blackstone type grills are okay under the house. Charcoal and open flame grills and fryers is okay in the driveway.

No bonfires in the yard.

No loud parties. Prom parties, fraternity parties, sorority parties, and graduation parties are not allowed at any time. Small family gatherings such as birthday parties, family reunions, etc., are okay with prior approval.

The use of illegal narcotics is strictly prohibited.

No underage drinking, unless authorized by law.

We have a housekeeper that will clean and do the laundry after each guest, but to help get ready for the next guest please do the following when checking out.

Please place all trash in trash bags and put them in the cans by the road.

Please place all used towels and washcloths in the bathtub in the bathroom off of the living room.

Please do not make the beds that were used. Instead, leave the bed unmade, and place the pillows in the center of the beds to indicate which beds were used.

Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it. Please use dish tabs or dishwasher detergent. We hate to mention it, but someone used Dawn when they checked out.

Please turn off all lights, inside and outside, close the blinds, lock the front door, and return the bottom lock key.
