CHECK-IN- 4pm or later, CHECK-OUT- 10 am, please adhere to this time as our cleaners are very punctual.

QUIET Hours after 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
Guests making reservations and all guests at the property must be 25 years old or older, except for those who are in the presence of their parent(s) or legal guardian(s).

VISITORS - People other than those in the Guest party set forth in your reservation may not stay overnight in the property. Any other persons in the property and their actions are the sole responsibility of the registered guest.

PETS are NOT permitted. Sorry, we know your pets are an extension of your family however, we are highly allergic! IMPORTANT: If you have a pet on the premises it will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rent and security deposit!

FIREPLACE - The gas fireplace will be closed from May - October. Do not burn wood in a gas fireplace. No marshmallows in the gas fireplace either. No other open flames allowed anywhere in the cabin. (candles, lighters, incense)

FIREWOOD – Firewood for the EXTERIOR fire pit is not provided but may be purchased locally at a local grocer or roadside stand. DO NOT LEAVE CABIN WITH A FIRE GOING IN THE FIRE PIT.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES - No drinking of alcoholic beverages by persons under the legal age of twenty-one (21) is allowed. Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited. Kegs are not permitted on the property.

HOT TUB USE - No children under the age of 16 without adult supervision! When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Temperature should not be set over 100° for children. Use at your own risk. DO NOT STAND or SIT ON THE HOT TUB COVER! Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons weight. They will break and you will be charged for the replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave the cover on so the hot tub will stay warm.
Excessive HOT TUB CLEANING - Do not use oils or bubbles in the spa. There will be a $75 excessive cleaning fee charged if necessary.

HOUSE PARTIES - ARE NOT ALLOWED! Rental Guest understands that Owner(s) will accept families, married couples, and responsible adults over the age of 24 ONLY. If the unit is occupied by more than the number of people stated, it will result in loss of total rent, security deposit and/or additional charges.

The use of firearms or fireworks is strictly prohibited.

CLEANING REQUIREMENTS – Guest(s) are required to leave the property in the same general condition it was upon arrival.
Check to insure you have packed all personal items
Remove bed sheets and leave on bed
Dishes, Pots, Pans, and Utensils - rinsed, run the dishwasher
The stove & oven - wiped down
Refrigerator - all food has been removed
Windows and doors - closed and locked
Lights - all turned off
Furniture and furnishings have been put back in the place it was found
Spa temperature lowered to 90 degrees if used
All trash must be placed inside of bags and then loaded inside one of the large cans provided in a large bear box behind the cabin

SATELLITE/CABLE TELEVISION & INTERNET DATA - Owner(s) does not guarantee any programs, events or reception, During inclement weather Satellite services diminish considerably. We have 100+ DVD’s, board games and fun family activities in the terrace level. Guest(s) are liable for ordering any pay per view, programming charge plus an additional $5.00 charge per program or event.

REPAIRS ~ SERVICE CALLS- Owner(s) cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, Hot Tubs, TVs, Satellite Receivers, VCRs, DVDs or other appliances. Please report any inoperative equipment to us immediately. Owner(s) will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently.

WEATHER - If there is inclement weather, no refunds will be given for storms unless roads are declared impassable by state and local authorities. We do not refund due to other lesser road conditions. The mountain roads to Sky Blue View can be curvy and steep; although it is paved the entire way, the mountain roads can be hazardous so take the utmost care while driving.
