Eight bedroom beach house with private pool and hot tub located on one of the largest, most private lots anywhere in the Outer Banks. This well-appointed vacation home offers the relaxed pace customary to Corollas Historic Village. Close proximity to the Currituck Lighthouse, famed Whalehead Club, historic Corolla Chapel and quaint Village shops. Located oceanside 750ft from the beach access, a quick 3-min walk brings you to one of the least crowded beaches of any neighborhood. The layout is exceptional for a multi-family getaway, with multiple master suites. Its first year on Houfy.com, dont be fooled by its availability - this house has been a highly desirable oceanside rental for many years. All linens and towels included.

New mattress in 2021, This master has large custom shower and is located in close proximity to bunk room 1 for keeping an eye on younger kids. Bedroom has Samsung smart TV and ceiling fan.

Custom bunk beds with full size mattresses (new in 2021) underneath twins. Each bed has its own ship style reading light. Bedroom has Samsung smart TV with cable box for ease of use.

After 35 years of renting in the Outer Banks of North Carolina my wife and I became owners. We continually update and do our best to maintain the property. All those years renting was great insight as to what was needed to have a great vacation in OBX and we work hard to provide that.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible
Prior to arrival cleaning and linens and maintenance are done each week. Under normal circumstances the house will be ready by 4pm. A code to the front door will be sent to the renter and that will be their unique access code for the week.
Check Out: 10AM
No pets
Absolutely no pets, Owner allergies! Service animals must be disclosed prior to booking. $3000 Cleaning fee in 2024 for those who ignore our pet friendly policy.
Minimum age limit for renters: 25
Renters 25 and older will only be considered if part of a family unit. House is for family vacation purposes and not for events (i.e. weddings) or for hosting parties.

House Rules
Tenants agree to make diligent efforts to prevent tracking sand into the home, pool, and spa areas
Tenants personal property is not covered in any insurance purchased by home owner or PrivaSea, LLC against lost, theft, or negligence.
The tenants indemnify the landlord and the property free and harmless against any liabilities like accidents, loss of property, injury, or death of any person.
Only those on the reservation may occupy the premises. Renter must be 25 or older. No College student groups.
The tenants shall maintain the premises in a good, clean, and ready to rent condition at the expiration of the rental agreement, defined by owner by being immediately habitable by the next tenants, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. Tenants shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the premises be left in a lesser condition. The tenants agree that the owner shall deduct costs of said services from the security deposit prior to refund if tenants cause damage to the premises or its furnishings.
The tenant is responsible for reporting any damage accidental or otherwise when it happens so that landlord can arrange for repairs prior to future rentals.
The tenant is responsible for adherence to all safety protocols especially pertaining to access and use of pool and spa area. Tenant understands there is no lifeguard on duty and must report if door alarms to pool area have been disabled or are not functioning in any way upon initial move in and for the duration of the stay. Smoke detectors are not to be tampered with or disabled.
Security deposit may be held if personal property is found to be missing upon checkout. Security deposit does not represent the maximum a renter may be held liable for in the case of extensive damage. Renter will be liable for value of replacement of damaged goods and any labor needed for repair.
Children should not be left unsupervised in the home at any time

Payment Policy
Payment through Square credit card services
Refundable Damage Deposit
Security deposit is due 30 days prior to stay with final payment. Deposit will be released upon inspection of home after checkout and prior to next rental. Third party service familiar with home to perform weekly inspections.
Cancellation Policy
No Refunds for any cancellations unless they can be filled by another renter. We often have waiting lists but cannot guarantee re-rental. Once Reservation deposit is submitted house is taken off the market.
