Lakefront - Pointe Royale - Walk-In Unit - Branson

Welcome to the lake! This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is situated right on Lake Taneycomo! Have your morning coffee on the screened-in patio with beautiful views of the lake and a hillside of trees, while watching the fishing boats go by. Near the condo there is a lake access point, playground with bbq grills and picnic tables, and a hiking trail. Right up the road is the resort clubhouse with a bar and grill, fitness center, indoor/outdoor pools and so much more! (Outdoor pool is seasonal and indoor pool and hot tub are sometime closed for maintenance.)


The property is in a condominium and is on the bottom floor, so at times you can hear other tenants slightly. Also, this is a walk-in unit with no stairs, however both bathrooms have tub/shower combo and no walk-in shower, at this time.

Both bedrooms are very large, with king size beds and cable tv’s with Roku boxes. The living room is very cozy with a brand new smart tv and new queen sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. At this time, all basic amenities are provided. Toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry detergent, coffee bar with coffee, powdered cream and sugar. Also provided are hand soaps in kitchen and baths, for hand washing, as well as hand and bath towels (also pool towels are provided). No other personal hygiene products are included, however, there is a convenient store located right outside of the resort for any last minute items, and Walmart and Price Chopper is only a few minutes away for groceries or other necessities. Free WiFi is provided and info is included when you arrive at the condo.

If you’re looking to explore outside of the resort, Branson attractions are only minutes away! Highway 76, “the strip” is only a few miles away and leads to downtown Branson and Branson Landing, both filled with tons of shops and restaurants. Also not far away is Silver Dollar City and White Water park. If you prefer more lake activities, Table Rock Lake is a short drive with swim beaches and a marina.
