From the outside, youll see a large, two-story, hundred-year-old home.

Youll wake-up in a super comfy bed -- either King or Queen sized, depending which room you choose :-) -- on the main floor of a century-old home, in a safe neighbourhood, next to a historic church & among some other really beautiful, large historic high-end homes.

Once inside, youll be able to feel its history & character, while also enjoying a space that has been recently gutted, renovated, painted, decorated and of course regularly cleaned.

One of the best features is that in the early afternoon, sunlight comes in through the window of the living room, creating a warm, comfortable glow throughout the entire space.

Hey, thanks for taking the time to read this!

I’m here to let people stay in my house, while sometimes staying in theirs. It’s a curious existence, that’s for sure.

I’m Alex Kazam, but my friends call me Kaz.

I’ve worn a lot of hats, and had the pleasure of experiencing some really incredible moments throughout my life;

My favorite so far is probably when I successfully unicycled over 700km (435 miles) riding from Niagara Falls, Ontario to New York City, New York to raise funds for a charity.

Outside of work, my days usually get filled with interests that range from piano, drums and fire breathing, to travelling, motorcycling, unicycling, and performing.

The Niagara Falls Bus Terminal & Niagara Go Train (Lakeshore West Station) are just a 5 minute walk away.

By reserving a booking, you have agreed to all terms of service on Houfy and must have a valid, working, phone number. Reservations may be removed/cancelled if any guest(s) are deemed unsuitable by the host or the booking platform. No Third-party bookings. Furthermore, your trip will be immediately cancelled, and you'll be asked to vacate the property.

Taxes and fees are always returned in the event of cancellation regardless of the length of notice given. Flexibility of this policy may be granted at the managers' discretion, should the cancellation be due to extenuating circumstances beyond the guest's control.

This does not affect your statutory rights. The policy and any disputes arising shall be governed and adjudicated according to the laws of the jurisdiction of Ontario, Canada.

There is a basement, which is not accessible from this Airbnb as it is used for supply storage. Host lives next-door, and other Airbnb suites are located throughout the home.
