Please comply with the parking regulations and requirements and show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.
No smoking inside the Guest House. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in the designated area.
No parties or events unless otherwise arranged with the hosts ahead of time.
No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed overnight. The maximum property capacity is 4 people unless other arrangements are made ahead of time.
Please note that we are based in the sub-tropical climate of Florida and are located by natural bodies of water, therefore, wildlife may be observed during your stay. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
Pets and children are allowed if they are registered with the hosts. Please keep an eye on your pet or children all the time. Do not leave pets or children unattended on the property.
Make sure to turn off the lights, and unplug all your electronic devices when you leave the property. Don’t forget to close and lock all windows and the door.
Report any damages and/or breakages in a timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests or will be reported to the rental agency.
Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. If you need a late checkout, it must be approved by the host ahead of time. If your stay is not approved by the host; after 11:30 AM, there will be a $50 charge. If you don’t vacate the property by 1:00 PM you will be charged an extra night of stay and you will responsible for any business loss.
Please be considerate of what you use for your bodily care (hair/skincare products) before going to bed because benzoyl peroxide, body oils, and some other products might stain the sheets. If you must use such products before bedtime and the sheets are stained from these products and cannot be removed during the cleaning process, there will be a $45 charge for the replacement of the bedding and/or sheets.
No open fires are allowed inside. No candles with flames. Battery-operated candles are OK.
Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.
Use our property at your own risk. Unless caused by the willful harmful act of the hosts, the hosts shall have no responsibility or liability for any injury or damage to any person or property.
