Learn why manually hand churned ice cream tastes so smooth and creamy without additives, and provides a much more store-bought finish than electric machines. Our hand crank ice cream churn was crafted by the Pennsylvania Amish and is a work of art. We provide everything your group needs but the hand cranking muscle! Cost is $105 for up to 4 participants, $20 additional thereafter. Fun for all ages, participants take turns churning (and our crewmember will be standing by to jump in when everyone gets tuckered). toppings, cones, ice cream containers included. This is fun for all ages!

Great class to introduce you to the joys of making your own jam. The class is in two parts: making jam, and canning jam. Learning both are required if you want jam that is shelf-stable. We can into small jars suitable for gift giving, and provide embellishments and ribbons. Go home with several gifts already packaged and wrapped! We focus on teaching a lower sugar,intensely flavored jam, using our own pectin made in class from citrus grown here on the farm, and Pomona&#x27;s all natural citrus-based pectin. Less sugar means more fruit, and more flavor! $150.

Hidden is as tough as a job interview. Who am I? I really enjoy meeting different people, and count myself lucky to get to share this little slice of farming paradise with lots of well traveled guests. A confirmed Foodie, my original interest in growing things was for my own table. So a lot of what we grow here at Morning Song Farm is rare and unusual; dragon fruit, mulberries, macadamias, guavas, loquats, sapote, Carissa plum and kumquats. My shelves are proof of my eclectic tastes, including organic gardening books, mediation, political history, economics and numerous cheese making books which has become a focus for about a decade now. I teach it here for those that would like to discover how easy it is to make your own cheese! Just ask. 
Aesthetics are important to me, I've worked hard to transform our farm into something Hidden it's an ongoing fight against the dark forces of weeds and derelict farm equipment. Friends say staying here is very relaxing.
