Inspect the cabin for anything broken or not working and send me a text immediately. I will make note of it and do what I can to get it replaced or repaired ASAP.

Absolutely NO pets allowed for any reason or length of stay.

NO smoking allowed of any kind inside the cabin. And please make sure all doors are closed when smoking outside. $250 if we have to extract any smoke smells from the cabin.

Dispose of ashes and butts in a safe manner! Ashtrays are located around the fire pit.

FIRES CAN SPREAD QUICKLY IN THE WOODS!! NEVER EVER LEAVE FIRE UNATTENDED!!

There is NO garbage disposal so please be mindful of what is going into the sink.

Do not flush anything except for approved toilet paper. Do not purchase “ultra” toilet paper. We are on a septic system and you do NOT want it to back up.

No horseplay on the bunk beds or in the loft area.

Never put anything into indoor or outdoor fireplaces. They are gas and ONLY work during the colder months. Do NOT touch or move the logs around or they will not work or pilot lights. A service fee of $50 will be charged to have someone come to reset the logs/pilot light.

Do not leave children unattended in the hot tub. Check temp before entering the hot tub.

Keep doors closed at all times. It will cut down on the insects and keep cabin temperature regulated.

Do not take any indoor furniture outside. And do not move any large pieces of furniture around the cabin.

Do not use our towels for picnics/lake. Do not use any white towels for outdoor use. Do not take any towels from the cabin off property. There are towels designated for the hot tub and outside near the back door.

Dispose of ALL trash properly. Please use trash cans and carry out cans to the curb. Trash pick up is Mon., Wed. and Friday.

There are some items for you to use in the outdoor storage container like fire starters for the fire pit only, small coolers, toys, blower for decking,  and camping chairs. Please clean and replace the items if you use them or take them off property.
